Unity Through Volleyball is part of the Unity Through Sport group and promotes volleyball for everyone.

We offer a range of sessions for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned veterans and everything in between and all around.

Thanks to our supportive foundations and inclusive atmosphere we are proud to be able to offer the following for ladies, men and mixed groups:

• Beginners sessions
• Local League
• South West League
• National League

Summer Schedule May - August inclusive

Indoors:

• Community Mixed session Mondays 8.30 p.m. – 10.00 p.m. YMCA Kitto Centre
• Open Mixed session / friendly matches Wednesdays 8.00 p.m. – 10.00 p.m. YMCA Kitto Centre

Outdoors:

• Weather permitting outdoor sessions Tuesdays 6.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m. on main grassed area outside Plymouth Life Centre

• Beginners/juniors training Mondays 5.15 p.m. – 6.45 p.m. Coombe Dean School
• Community Mixed session Mondays 8.30 p.m. – 10.00 p.m. YMCA Kitto Centre
• Ladies National League / South West League training Tuesdays 7.15 p.m. – 9.15 p.m. Coombe Dean School
• EDVA League training Wednesdays 8.00 p.m. – 10.00 p.m. YMCA Kitto Centre
• Mens training Thursdays 7.15 p.m. – 9.15 p.m. Coombe Dean School
